With the new venue, we are able to hold a walk-through at the venue prior to dancing –

so no separate practice the weekend before.

With the new venue, we are able to hold a walk-through at the venue prior to dancing – so no separate practice the weekend before.  Dancing regardless of weather with indoor option.

• Mass display of simple well-known dances.
• Pop-up displays around the venue by one – two sets

Likely timing:

• Meet 12 noon for picnic
• 12.30  Formation of sets & walk through of dances
• Dancing between 1.30 and 3.30
