| Planning for Classes |
Auckland Region Scottish Country Dancing Saturday 28 October 2017 St Aidan’s Social Lounge You are invited to an interactive forum focussing on developing some ideas for a preliminary plan for classes for 2018 and giving feedback on ideas already received The session will be a combination of brainstorming, creative thinking and discussion (creating a vision of what could be), as well as concluding with some specific ideas for the Region Committee to work on. For example some discussion topics: if you were preparing a plan of classes specifically for yourself, what would it be like; why does the region hold classes?; discussion about specific ideas; consensus about the overall approach for next year. This session is for all dancers – regardless of your current involvement in dancing. A wide range of people is needed to enliven the discussion. We aim for a stimulating discussion Afternoon tea and refreshments will be available. Attendees do not necessarily attend the Region AGM (which is straight after this meeting). There will also be the opportunity to contribute via an online poll if unable to attend. If you have any queries, please contact duncan@laidlaw.net.nz or shona@providore.co.nz Click on flier for a copy of the above details |
